Individual Therapy
Sometimes, we all need a little extra support to navigate life's challenges. In individual therapy, you’ll have a safe, private space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with one of our compassionate therapists. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, or just the everyday stress of life, we’re here to listen and guide you toward the healing and growth you deserve. Together, we’ll work on building coping skills, fostering resilience, and helping you live with more peace and clarity.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can be a source of immense joy, but they also come with their share of challenges. Couples therapy offers a space where both partners can feel heard and understood. Whether you’re facing conflict, wanting to improve communication, or working on long-term goals together, we’re here to help you strengthen your bond. Through guidance, empathy, and shared strategies, we’ll help you both grow together, making your relationship healthier and more fulfilling.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a powerful way to grow, connect, and find support alongside others who share similar experiences. At TruTherapy, our therapist-led groups offer a safe, encouraging space to build skills, gain insight, and feel less alone on your journey.

Whether you're navigating communication challenges, going through a difficult time, or just seeking to understand each other better, our therapists are here to help you work together in a supportive, understanding way. With the right tools, we believe families can rebuild trust, enhance communication, and foster a deeper sense of connection and love.
Psychiatry/Medication Management
Mental health isn’t just about talking—it’s also about caring for your whole self. At TruTherapy, our psychiatry services offer thoughtful, comprehensive support for those who may benefit from medication as part of their treatment plan.
Our board-certified psychiatrist and licensed registered nurse (RN) work together to provide compassionate, team-based care. From initial assessments to medication management, we’re here to help you feel understood and supported every step of the way.
In addition to treatment, our psychiatrist provides diagnostic evaluations for conditions such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and mood disorders—helping you gain clarity and move forward with a plan that fits your needs.
Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or other mental health concerns, we’ll help guide you toward a balanced, healthier life with treatment options tailored to your unique needs.

Our case managers are here to help connect you with the right resources, whether it’s finding a provider, understanding your insurance, or overcoming barriers like transportation or scheduling. We walk alongside you to make sure nothing stands in the way of getting the support you need.
